We do not sell or trade donor lists. Your information is used strictly for internal nonprofit communication, tax-receipting, and platform access.
Health Interest Confidentiality
Interest-Based Tracking: To improve our content, we may track which video categories (e.g., “Cognitive Kitchen,” “Delta Zone”) are most frequently viewed. This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not track or store personal health information (PHI) or specific medical histories of our donors
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

1. Donor-Access Nature of Service
Nonprofit Status & Contributions: BrainRxFlix.com is a nonprofit organization. Access to the “5-Minute Brain Health Revolution” video library is provided as a benefit to our active donors. Your monthly contribution is a voluntary donation to support our mission of cognitive liberty and dementia prevention education. This is not a commercial subscription or a fee-for-service arrangement.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Critical)
Educational Purposes Only: All content provided on BrainRxFlix.com, including videos, “Brain Prescriptions,” and checklists, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. 3. The “Legacy Pass” (Gifting)
Sponsorships & Third-Party Access: When choosing the “Sponsor a Loved One” or “Legacy Pass” option, your donation provides access credentials for a third party. While the donor pays for the access, the recipient is subject to these same Terms of Service upon account activation. Sponsorships are non-refundable and are considered completed donations to the nonprofit.
